Released as a "movie" in packaging that features inferior character and title artwork (compare this with the cover for Batman: Subzero, released only half a year earlier), this video simply features the three-part "World's Finest" episode as a continuous story.
The only change to the actual episodes is that the "movie" title is superimposed above the first-part episode title, and subsequent episode titles have been removed. The ending credit sequence has also been altered, no longer resembling the series credit sequence yet featuring an extended version of the Superman theme music.
Other than featuring the Joker, this video is noteworthy because it is only the second video cassette to feature episodes of Superman (the first being 1996's Last Son of Krypton video), and the first to feature the new animated look of the Batman characters.
Order it on DVD or VHS (English or Spanish) at Amazon.
